Cuties

 

I realized I haven’t talked about the little kids class we help out with at all so I’ll do that today.  Friday mornings Jason has a martial arts class for kids around 3-5 years of age.  His regular martial arts classes are in the afternoon and you have to be in 1^st grade I think to start.  This morning class is a special class he does for a few younger kids because as you can imagine it is very hard to teach small kids martial arts.  Jason has to limit this class to around 6 kids because they are so rambunctious! And even so he says it’s the class that gives him the most headaches.  Despite that the kids are very cute.  Most of them just wear street clothes (tshirts and athletic shorts) but this one little blonde girl, the only girl in the class, wears traditional martial arts robes with a little white belt and it’s the cutest thing ever.  She is a piece of work, always wanting to run up to Eve and I and tell us she loves us during the class, which is much appreciated but not timed especially conveniently.  But Jason is great with little kids (he has two of his own) so the class runs pretty smoothly and everyone leaves with a smile on their face.
