After our first few days at the J, we developed a normalcy to our routine.  This is different than the first few days, as in the first few days (i.e. monday and tuesday) we had a lot of meetings to help us out with our evaluation.  For example, those mornings we would go in and meet with andy for 30 minutes before we started doing anything.  The purpose of these meetings was to help set up our evaluation.  Andy has also helped us out because his college background is in statistics, so he has had some very helpful tips on how to evaluate.  For example, he talked about a likert scale.  This is essentially a scale on a 1-5 that you can plot out to get a number for evaluations.  More specifically, me sami and Jacob are all doing our own individual evaluations, and then averaging the values at the end so we can encompass all of our decisions into our evaluation.  We are doing this evaluation through survey monkey.  When it is all ready to go, I will post you a link so you can see the survey we will be filling out.  Until then, adios.
